Mangolicious Green SmoothieIngredients

  • 2 cup coconut water
  • 1 medium mango
  • 1 apple
  • 2 large handfuls spinach
  • frozen banana
  • 1/2 Tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp supergreens (optional)
  1. Place all the ingredients into your Vitamix in the listed order.
  2. Slowly increase the speed to maximum.
  3. Blend for 40 seconds until the smoothie reaches smooth creamy consistency.
