This two-hour hip-targeting workshop will guide you through static and dynamic sequences together with myofascial release exercises that will help you release tension and increase flexibility in your hips, as well as create stability in the pelvis and the hips, hydrating their tissues and enhancing the range of movement in these areas.
The workshop will also focus on the physical, emotional, mental and energetic benefits of the hip-opening postures, along with creating the sense of lightness in your body, enhancing digestion, quieting the mind and releasing stagnation, stress and tension stored in your body.

In this 2.5-hour session you will be invited to explore and open your physical,emotional and spiritual heart, releasing tension in your neck, shoulders, chest and back. Mascha will guide your through self-reflection, breathwork, and the practice inclusive of myofascial release, yin and vinyasa yoga leaving you feeling relaxed and revitalised.
Rosy will introduce you to the practice of compassion and self-love and guide you through short meditations to deepen your experience.

Rosy is a nurse, midwife and lecturer in health and wellbeing at UTAS. She is trained in Mindful Self-Compassion, a heart-focused practice allowing us to ‘tend and befriend ourselves.

Mascha is a certified yoga teacher with extensive hours of formal training in Yin Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Myofascial Release and meditation.
She is also a published holistic wellness writer (you can find her regular articles in her favourite Australian Wellbeing Magazine).
Throughout her yoga journey Mascha has been fortunate to train under and learn from some amazing yoga leaders – Sarah Powers, Mysan Sidbo, Jo Phee (Yin/Yang Yoga & Myofascial Release), David Swenson, Saraswati Jois (Ashtanga), Mark Whitwell and Seane Corn among many others.
Also, she is a holistic health coach, nutrition assistant, former linguist, sanskrit, ayurveda and Chinese Medicine enthusiast, and a dedicated practitioner of Yoga.
Mascha believes Yoga is For Everyone and has a passion for sharing her knowledge of physiological, emotional and spiritual benefits of yoga with those she works with. She teaches from the heart and aims to enhance the journey of her students through incorporating physical aspects of dynamic Hatha Vinyasa, deep Myofascial Release, and quiet Yin Yoga with Conscious Breathing and Mindfulness Meditation
In her personal practice as well as teaching, she integrates the wisdom of yoga, Ayurveda, traditional Chinese Medicine and modern research.
